Executive chauffeurs are one thing, and it’s nice to have, but our chauffeurs are more than a driver of luxury vehicles. Here’s why we call them ‘mobile concierges’.
As we’re sure you can imagine we are privy to many varied and interesting events in the lives of our guests. However, we operate a strict policy of discretion and prudence and so cannot reveal too much in the way of detail.
Having said that, we do want to demonstrate how our mobile concierge service goes above and beyond a mere driving service.
A new pair of tights and my dry cleaning, please
Take the lady politician who was attending a party conference. We knew the meeting would be at least three hours long, and we had instructions to wait and take her to the follow up meeting immediately after. However, 30 minutes into the conference we received an urgent call from the lady requesting a pair of 60 denier tights to be brought to the door as quickly as possible.
This was a lesson for our male chauffeur as he had never heard the term, ’60 denier’ before, but with the upmost respect and discretion, he sourced the item the lady needed.
The relief and gratitude from this guest of ours was palpable as she returned to the conference, without drama.
This is a true and perfect representation of how our mobile concierges are ‘at your service’.
The role of a concierge
Our chauffeurs are on hand to collect dry cleaning, arrange lunch reservations or food delivery to the car, book hotel accommodation, conference rooms or flights, and even walk the executive dog.
We plan our routes to the minutia, expecting the unexpected and always deliver. Able to recommend restaurants, leisure activities, prestigious hotels and spas, and premium shopping hotspots, our guests always receive the high standards of care and respect they expect from executive services.
Exclusive calling and Wi-Fi on hand
Certain features of our cars assist with our concierge service in that our guests benefit from Wi-Fi connectivity and an exclusive direct dial number to their chauffeur. If we are needed, we can be called upon to act, regardless of our location and setting.
These features certainly came in handy in the case of our lady politician…
