We received instruction from an EA of an older gentleman, that he would prefer not to be offered a hand to exit the vehicle. This gesture from our drivers is standard procedure, regardless of who our guests are. The gentleman’s EA made sure their client’s desires were catered for when we executed our instruction. Simply because they valued their personal independence.
A couple that now regularly book our chauffeurs have a similar independence, with the gentleman preferring to open the door for his wife himself. These small details leave lasting impressions and set the tone for the whole day.

We recognise that your day is one of multi-tasking and firefighting, so take advantage of our insider knowledge regarding route planning, local facilities and amenities, traffic restrictions on the day, entry requirements at venues and quality of the staff at your destination. And if you need to, you can make use of the vehicle after the guests have exited, to coordinate the next stage, making use of the mobile office with call conferencing, laser printer (by request) and on- board Wi-Fi.
