We wanted to share some deeper insight to our team of professional chauffeurs and build on the relationship that we’ve established through our blogs about individuals. So, what follows is a little insider knowledge on what our chauffeurs most frequently say…
Rehan has collated the most common phrases he hears when planning logistics or holding meetings, and he says, “I love their little quotes, and I know exactly what each one means”.
Imran

‘Imran loves to say “of course” or “certainly” to clients, and I thought this level of politeness was reserved just for them, but he is genuinely just very, very polite with everyone!
Andrei

‘“Leave this with me” – Andrei says to me. And I know that when he says that, I know he’s taking ownership – no fear – no nerves and certainly no doubt. And our guests love him for that too.
Catalin

‘“Let me check please”… Catalin never bluffs his way out of a situation, if he doesn’t know something, he knows how to find the answer, oftentimes by a quick call to me or a message to the group.
Mohsin

‘Mohsin is my primary for all bookings and scenarios involving ‘Unaccompanied Minors’. As a father of three very cute children, he knows the worries parents can face when travel is concerned – and he has learned every angle of dealing with UMs. “Done” is Mohsin’s most commonly used phrase. When I am nervous about a new address for a new or existing principal, we use What3Words to pin a location and I get a message. Mohsin never just says he will do something – he’s usually started doing it before the conversation is over and communicates that too.
Rehan

‘Hina tells me that I’m most often likely to say “absolutely”, “rest assured” and “my pleasure”. I like to say that last one in particular because of course, it’s my pleasure to assist, but I feel it conveys my appreciation of someone’s thanks and gratitude better than saying “you’re welcome” (which actually comes a close second), but is also far more responsive than replying with “that’s OK”, or “no worries” when I am thanked…
And one of the phrases I hear all the time, from my whole my team is the classic, “how can I help?” I have experienced this personally most recently while I was recuperating from injury, and off the road for a number of weeks. I applaud my entire team for stepping in and adapting brilliantly, communicating clearly and delivering on our promise to clients exceptionally. They all worked harder both on and off the road (so much so, I don’t think anyone noticed I wasn’t around) and that makes me proud of every one of them.’ Rehan.
And finally, no ‘driver’ goes as far as a Summit Chauffeur
When a client is unsure of how to access their event or venue tickets, aren’t clear on how to access short stay rental apartments or Airbnb accommodation, or aren’t sure which platform or gate they should go to, every one of our team will offer to help.
You will hear “will that be all?” and you know you’re good to go, because they would never leave you doubting.
The things we say have an impact on others. That’s a lesson we were taught as children, and one The Summit Chauffeurs have never forgotten. The thing is, this language, the things they say come naturally to them. This is not training; this is their nature. They are polite, kind, proactive, calm and helpful – and chosen to be your chauffeurs because of those qualities!
Please think of The Summit Chauffeurs for your next journey, whether that’s for a luxurious airport transfer, a business meeting or a conference. We’d love to be able to say to you, “How can we help?” and follow up on our promise.
