Many attendees of BIO2023 found their travel plans disrupted by industrial action on rail lines and airports alike, even border control.
In situations like this, communication is key to ensure no one is left stranded, or left behind! On more than one occasion our guests have found that their flight is re-directed to a different airport all together and they become concerned that we’ll never get there to pick them up. Our insurance policy means no matter where your flight is moved to, you will always have an executive standard chauffeur ready and waiting for your arrival. So far, we have a 100% attendance rate, having never left a guest stranded in this type of situation.
